All employees are required to sign and adhere to the following before join BCC:

After joining, regular compliance training and support are essential to BCC's legal and regulatory framework. This ensures that compliance remains a core part of the company culture. All employees must consistently follow BCC's Code of Ethics, complete onboarding compliance training, and participate in compliance sessions.

BCC employees undergo continuous training to identify and prevent the disclosure of material non-public information and to strictly maintain confidentiality at all times.

Before joining the BCC Expert Network, all experts must sign the industry-standard Terms & Conditions and participate in annual compliance training. This process, aligned with BCC's industry ethics and legal compliance standards, emphasizes:

If an expert is bound by any confidentiality agreement or faces a potential conflict of interest related to a consultation, they must inform the project manager before engaging with the client.

BCC implements special client compliance requirements during expert recommendations, complementing our internal compliance framework. Project managers, together with compliance staff, assist clients in adhering to the following:

BCC maintains and updates a database of clients' special compliance requirements for expert recommendations—for example, prohibiting the recommendation of current employees of target public companies or former employees within six months of departure.

To enforce these requirements, BCC provides each project manager with a strict compliance checklist for the expert recommendation process. Every project manager must formally sign off on the checklist before interviews, ensuring full adherence.

BCC complies with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, and the relevant regulations of the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), while avoiding transactions with "Specially Designated Nationals" listed by OFAC and the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

To effectively mitigate and control potential risks, BCC implements the following measures:

"Do Not Call" List: Some companies prohibit their employees from providing third-party consultations. BCC maintains and regularly updates a "Do Not Call" list accordingly.
